Job summary

CHS Career Site is seeking an Echo Technologist in Crestview, FL for a part-time schedule. You will perform diagnostic echocardiography, including 2-D imaging, Doppler, and stress echo workups while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Collaboration with cardiology staff and accurate EMR documentation are essential for high-quality patient care. The role requires 1–3 years of echocardiography experience, RDMS or equivalent certification, and BCLS.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of echocardiography experience required.
• Proficient in 2-D imaging, Doppler, M-mode techniques.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology and disease processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

• Performs echocardiographic studies including 2-D imaging and Doppler.
• Ensures patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Documents preliminary results in EMR with accuracy and privacy.
• Assists physicians with TEEs and stress echo imaging.
• Maintains equipment and supplies and supports department quality standards.
