CHS Career Site is seeking an Echo Technologist to perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound and ensure patient safety and comfort during exams. You will obtain high-quality images for physician evaluation and report results to support patient care.

The role requires 1–3 years of echocardiography experience, proficiency in 2-D, M-mode, and Doppler, and strong teamwork with healthcare staff. EMR documentation and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in echocardiography or cardiac sonography.
• Proficiency in echocardiographic imaging and Doppler techniques.
• Ability to document procedures clearly in the EMR.

Responsibilities

• Performs echocardiographic studies (2-D, M-mode, Doppler) per standards.
• Ensures patient safety, comfort, positioning, and monitoring during exams.
• Acquires Stress Echo and Dobutamine images within defined benchmarks.
• Assists with transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs) under supervision.
• Documents preliminary reports and patient data in the EMR with confidentiality.
