Tempus AI in Chicago seeks a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations for the ECG-AI team to translate advanced algorithms into everyday clinical practice. You will design rollout playbooks and lead site launches at healthcare partner sites, onboarding clinicians on new workflows with a focus on adoption and impact.

This role requires strategic thinking, ambiguity tolerance, and strong cross-functional leadership to scale the ECG-AI footprint across major health systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy and operations within healthcare, healthtech, or life sciences.
• Ability to build structure, processes, and clarity in ambiguous situations.
• Strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine clinical workflows for ECG-AI deployment.
• Lead site rollout planning and cross-functional coordination.
• Onboard hospital staff and train clinicians on workflows.
• Build and track adoption and account health with partners.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to feedback on usability and features.
• Track care pathways and ensure correct diagnostic/treatment routing.
• Scale the program and improve deployment speed across health systems.
• Support market growth with clinical validation partnerships.
