Job summary

ECG Management Consultants seeks a Senior Healthcare AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that enhance client delivery and internal operations.

You will partner with consultants, data engineers, and leaders to translate healthcare challenges into scalable AI-powered applications, with governance and security at the forefront. This role offers a hybrid model and opportunities to shape AI capabilities across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, math, statistics or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years in data engineering or data science.
• Healthcare or consulting experience preferred.
• 2+ years developing production AI/ML solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, ML frameworks; cloud AI services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-grade generative AI, ML, and agentic AI solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and Hub members to deploy solutions.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation systems and AI agents.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for quality and impact.
• Contribute to automated testing, benchmarks, and regressiontesting.
• Define success metrics with stakeholders and monitor outcomes.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and architectures for cost and scalability.
