ECG Management Consultants is seeking a Senior Healthcare AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve client outcomes. You will work with consultants and data teams to translate healthcare challenges into scalable AI applications.

This role emphasizes governance, compliance, and high-impact analytics across payer, provider, and operational domains, with a hybrid model and locations in major U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in CS/CE/Math/Statistics or related field; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in data engineering or data science with healthcare/consulting exp.
• 2+ years building production AI/ML or advanced analytics solutions.
• Experience with LLM-based apps and agentic AI frameworks.
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks; cloud AI services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade generative AI and ML solutions for healthcare and business use.
• Collaborate with IT, data engineers, and business leaders to deliver AI-powered applications.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation systems and intelligent assistants.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for accuracy, groundedness, and impact.
• Define success metrics with stakeholders and ensure secure deployment.
