Job summary

Tempus, Chicago-based, seeks a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to lead operational strategy for ECG-AI integration into clinical workflows at partner sites. You will drive rollout planning, educational outreach to clinicians, and ongoing adoption monitoring to maximize impact.

This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, experience with healthcare operations, and a track record of delivering scalable programs that bridge strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of strategy and operations experience within healthcare, healthtech, or life sciences.
• Proven ability to build structure and clarity in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent relationships with both technical and clinical stakeholders.
• Strong project management and execution capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine clinical workflows for ECG-AI insights within native hospital workflows.
• Orchestrate site rollouts and multi-team coordination without owning the IT build.
• Onboard and train clinical staff during launches, enabling smooth adoption of ECG-AI.
• Own post-launch adoption metrics and drive software utilization improvements.
• Track care pathways and ensure patients are guided to appropriate diagnostics and treatments.
• Identify and execute strategic projects to speed deployment and expand account management.
