The Becker Early Education Department is seeking caring, dependable, and energetic individuals to provide sibling care during evening Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) classes at the Early Education Center. Under the direction of the Early Education Coordinator, the ECFE Sibling Care Worker provides a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for infants, toddlers, preschool-aged, and school-age children while their parents or caregivers participate in ECFE programming. Responsibilities include supervising children, planning and leading age-appropriate activities, promoting positive interactions, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in care. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children of varying ages and developmental levels, demonstrates patience, reliability, and strong communication skills, and works collaboratively as part of a team.
Up to 6 hours per week
$12 - $12.90 per hour
Experience working with children in childcare, education, recreation, or a related field is preferred but not required.
