Job summary

Becker School District seeks caring, dependable individuals to provide evening ECFE sibling care. Supervise children, plan activities, and ensure safety while parents attend ECFE classes. Flexible schedule up to 6 hours per week with supportive teamwork in the Early Education Department.

Compensation ranges from $12 to $12.90 per hour, depending on experience, with questions directed to the Early Education Coordinator. Experience with children is preferred though not required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in childcare, education, recreation, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervising infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children in ECFE programs.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities to engage children.
• Promote positive interactions and social development among children.
• Ensure safety and well-being of all children in care and report concerns.
