Job summary

Early Learning Ventures (ELV) is seeking a dedicated professional to bridge ELV with its childcare sites, acting as coach, compliance guide, and community connector. You will lead site leaders, grow teachers, and partner with families through a PFCE-aligned framework.

The role emphasizes leadership, professional growth, and operations across multiple Colorado counties. The position requires a minimum of 2 years in human services, including ECE, with strong relationship-building and program

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in human services, including 1 year in ECE.
• Experience with diverse families.
• Strong knowledge of ECE theory and practice.
• Ability to build relationships across programs and parents.
• Familiar with case management and community engagement.
• Comfort with technology and virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coach site leaders on center management and operations.
• Lead quality improvement projects toward standards compliance.
• Deliver PD, coaching, and curriculum support.
• Manage family engagement and ERSEA activities.
• Travel up to 60% local, 10% out-of-county.
