Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Emergency Communication Center Supervisor to oversee Creech Air Force Base dispatch operations. The role leads a team of dispatchers in a 24/7 ECC, ensuring timely reception, processing and dissemination of information to fire, medical and security personnel.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, training, KPI maintenance, and ensuring compliance with NFPA 1061 standards. The position requires DoD certifications and a Secret Clearance, with medical evaluation and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
6+ years of full-time experience in emergency communications, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and obtain/maintain Secret Clearance.
Must possess DoD Public Safety Telecommunicator I & II certifications within six months of hire.
Must possess DoD Hazardous Material Awareness certification within six months of hire.
Must possess or obtain IAED‑approved Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) and Fire Dispatcher (EFD) certifications immediately after hire.

Responsibilities

Supervise the activities of dispatch staff, including scheduling, task prioritization, and performance evaluations.
Oversee receipt, processing, and dissemination of emergency and non-emergency information to fire, medical, and security units.
Train and evaluate new and relief dispatchers; conduct daily training and track completion.
