Responsibilities

• A. Major Function: Management of Instructional Time – prepare lessons and maximize student time-on-task.
• B. Major Function: Management of Student Behavior – establish rules and monitor behavior.
• Instructional Presentation – present clear, objective-driven lessons with appropriate pace.
• Instructional Monitoring of Student Performance – check progress and monitor due dates.
• Instructional Feedback – provide prompt feedback on in-class and out-of-class work.
• Facilitating Instruction – align objectives, strategies, and assessments with needs.
• Interacting Within the Educational Environment – treat all students fairly and collaboratively with staff.
• Performing Non-Instructional Duties – fulfill additional duties per district policies.
