Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college coursework in Special Education preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is desirable.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting students with special needs.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with students, teachers, and families.
• Basic knowledge of IEPs, 504 Plans, and special education laws is a plus.

Responsibilities
