Job summary

California Health and Human Services Agency Office of Technology and Solutions Integration is seeking an organized IT Specialist I to serve as the EBT Contract Manager for California's statewide EBT project. Responsibilities

• Oversee contract administration and change management for the EBT project.
• Lead development of SOWs, procurement plans, RFPs, and evaluation criteria.
• Manage change requests lifecycle from assessment to approvals and implementation.
• Prepare contract amendments, liquidated damages notices, and other oversight documents.
• Coordinate with fiscal and technical teams to monitor budgets and risks.
