PacWest Machinery LLC in Spokane, Washington is recruiting an Aggregate Sales Specialist to cover Eastern Washington. The role focuses on crushing, screening, washing and conveying equipment sales and rentals, representing PacWest's full line from major manufacturers.

The successful candidate will manage a territory, quote and close orders, develop customer loyalty, provide on-site demonstrations and technical support, and travel within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Five years of aggregate equipment sales experience preferred.
• College degree preferred; related sales experience may be substituted.
• Ability to use standard desktop applications and internet-based programs.
• Clear communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Travel throughout the territory with occasional overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated territory and customers to maximize PacWest presence on equipment purchases.
• Sell, rent and lease new and used aggregate equipment.
• Quote and negotiate prices, deliver contracts and close orders.
• Develop relationships to increase market share, revenue and gross profit.
• Provide on-site demonstrations and technical support.
• Attend training and sales meetings; keep sales records up to date.
