Esperion - The Lipid Management Company is seeking a National Sales Director to lead the Commercial Sales strategy across the Eastern/National regions from a home-based office. Remote work is available, with travel up to 70% to oversee Regional Sales Managers and ensure achievement of sales targets.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in sales/marketing in U.S. pharma, strong leadership, and expertise in cardiology product launches.

Formación

• 12+ years leading a sales and/or marketing operational function in a U.S. pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical organization with 8+ years of direct management experience.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Broad cross-functional experience in commercial roles such as Marketing, Sales Ops, Medical, and Accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement Area business plans, budgets and action plans for Areas and Regions.
• Manage performance reviews for RSMs and oversee territory reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align Sales, Marketing and Market Access initiatives.
• Ensure compliant execution of sales strategies and market plans.
