• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field with extensive US pharma marketing experience.
• Proven leadership across marketing, launches and P&L responsibilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overarching US marketing strategies for current products and future pipeline.
• Lead brand strategies, education, and services to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Oversee market research, payer insights and competitive analysis.
• Manage annual marketing budget and external agency partnerships.
• Coach and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Collaborate with Sales to align GTM and customer experience.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and cross-functional alignment across functions.
