Job summary

Esperion is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) who will lead the Commercial Sales team and implement strategic direction to achieve sales goals. This remote position requires excellent leadership skills and a background in pharmaceutical sales.

Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and proven success in sales management, particularly in cardiology. The RSM will be required to travel up to 60% of the time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferred.
• 3+ years sales management experience in a U.S. pharmaceutical organization preferred.
• Proven ability to influence and work successfully with varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Regional business plans and budgets.
• Plan and conduct meetings with the Sales Team.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
