Job summary

Natural Organics Inc., based in Melville, NY, is seeking an Eastern Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across the Eastern Region for the NaturesPlus line.

The ideal candidate will reside in Long Island, NY, Northern NJ, or CT and bring 3–5 years of sales management experience, a proven ability to lead a team, and a strong network with key accounts. This role offers an unlimited commission structure and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales management experience.
• Proven track record in leading a sales team to growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate, train, and motivate Territory Sales Representatives to meet goals.
• Promote Natural Organics core values and policies.
• Report territory performance to the Executive VP of Sales.
• Identify and evaluate new market trends within the Region.
• Collaborate with Key Accounts to improve NP brand penetration.
• Coordinate Sales Rep recruitment with Sales Administration.
• Attend National Sales Meetings and Manager’s Meetings.
• Represent Nature's Plus at industry events.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
