Job summary

Bedrock Robotics is seeking a Fleet Operations Regional Manager for the Eastern Region, based around Atlanta, GA, to lead a distributed team of Fleet Technicians and own regional uptime, MTTR, MTBF, and first-time fix-rate.

You will partner with Safety, Engineering, and Customer Success, maintain fleet parts and tooling, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent Bedrock to enterprise customers across multiple states, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field service or fleet ops with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams across multiple states or regions.
• Hands-on background in electromechanical systems, robotics, or industrial automation.
• Proven track record improving reliability KPIs (uptime, MTTR, MTBF).
• Strong data analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication with technical and enterprise stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the Eastern Region.
• Valid US driver's license and ability to operate a commercial vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a distributed team of Fleet Technicians across the Eastern Region (10+ states).
• Own regional uptime, MTTR, MTBF, and first-time-fix-rate metrics.
• Serve as regional escalation point for complex field issues and deploy senior technicians as needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis and partner with Engineering for systemic fixes.
• Manage regional parts inventory and tooling supply to meet SLAs.
• Lead regional response to fleet-wide safety events, coordinating with Safety, Engineering and Customer Success.
• Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and site-specific HSE standards.
• Represent Bedrock to customers at QBRs and site reviews; communicate fleet status and maintenance windows.
• Develop SOPs, escalation paths, and playbooks; contribute to regional budget oversight.
