Job summary

Bedrock Robotics is looking for a Program Manager, Fleet & Data Operations, to lead the deployment of autonomy in heavy construction machinery across the U.S. This role combines field oversight with program management, ensuring successful installations and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in program management, with a strong background in construction technology and heavy equipment ecosystems. Travel is required 50% of the time to various job sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or operations management experience in construction technology.
• Direct experience with a CAT or equivalent dealer network.
• Hands-on experience with technology installations on heavy construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own the scaling playbook for Bedrock’s Fleet & Data Operations.
• Supervise autonomy kit installations at customer sites.
• Guarantee terabyte-scale data collection and uptime operations.
