Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of commercial insurance experience, preferably in Technology, Life Sciences, or Specialty lines.
• Leadership experience in Distribution, Business Development, or Underwriting required.
• Willingness to travel regionally (30–50%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional distribution strategy aligned to growth goals.
• Oversee production goals for agents and negotiate commitments.
• Lead regional marketing and promotional activity.
