Oxford Life Insurance Company seeks a Western Regional Director to oversee the Western Region, including multiple states. This role is 100% remote with up to 50% travel, coordinating sales strategies and distribution partnerships across life, annuity, and Medicare products.

Responsibilities include recruiting agencies, delivering trainings, and driving market growth while collaborating with Home Office teams and external partners to meet regional goals.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Home Office and/or field insurance marketing and sales.
• Strong knowledge of Life, Annuity, and Medicare Supplement products.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and maintain relationships with agencies, producers, MGAs, and IMOs.

Aufgaben

• Recruit new IMOs, MGAs, GAs, and PPGAs to drive profitable sales growth across Oxford Life's Life, Annuity, and Medicare Supplement product portfolio.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing distribution partners throughout the Western Region.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with current distribution partners, develop new relationships, and recruit new agencies and producers.
• Deliver seminars, presentations, webinars, and educational sessions to PPGAs, GAs, MGAs, and IMOs regarding Oxford Life's products and industry topics.
• Provide product, suitability, sales, and field training, and ongoing service to distribution partners.
• Assist GAs, MGAs, and IMOs with strategies to recruit, train, motivate, incentivize, develop, and retain producers.
