Qualifications

• 10+ years in critical facility operations
• 5+ years in senior management or multi-site leadership
• Experience scaling data center ops in cloud/hyperscale/GPU/HPC
• Leadership of geographically dispersed 24/7 teams
• Translate business/technical requirements into regional execution plans
• Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with execs/partners
• Experience managing large-capital and operational budgets
• Knowledge of data center infra (cooling, power, fire, security, networking)
• Experience with incident management and post-incident reviews
• Frequent travel up to 40% across East Territory

Responsibilities

• Ensure data center uptime and SLA adherence
• Oversee incident response and post-incident actions
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance
• Ensure safety performance and compliance readiness
• Drive capacity readiness across MW, rack space, and staffing
• Manage regional budgets and vendor performance
• Ensure accuracy of operational data across tooling and reporting
