Job summary

Admiral Communities LLC is seeking an Assistant Mobile Home Park Manager to support multiple East Tennessee communities. This full-time, floating, hands-on role travels to assigned sites from our corporate office to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.

You will handle daily property operations, leasing support, rent collection, notices, move-ins/outs, inspections, and system data entry, collaborating with Regional Managers and the corporate team to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

Property management or leasing experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Able to travel regularly across East Tennessee.
Background check required; valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations across assigned mobile home communities in East Tennessee.
Assist with rent collection, leasing, inspections, notices, and related resident communications.
Coordinate move-in/move-out processes, applicant follow-up, and leasing paperwork.
Inspect properties, document issues, and coordinate with maintenance vendors.
Enter notes and resident information into Rent Manager, Asana, and Google Workspace.
