Job summary

Family Pride of Northeast Ohio, Inc. seeks an experienced Clinical Director to guide clinical strategy across behavioral health, SUD, and prevention programs. You will lead, coach, and develop leaders, align services with mission, and drive quality and outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s in a relevant field, Ohio licensure, and at least seven years of progressive clinical leadership. Strong data use, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration across locations are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Progressive clinical leadership experience in behavioral health (mental health and/or SUD).
• Independent clinical licensure in the State of Ohio with supervisory designation (e.g., LISW-S or LPCC-S).
• Minimum 7 years of progressive clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing clinical supervision and leading clinical teams.
• Experience with data-driven quality improvement and performance measurement.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health regulations, accreditation standards, and payer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide organization-wide clinical leadership and strategic direction for mental health, SUD treatment, and prevention services.
• Oversee development and continuous improvement of clinical programs and services.
• Coach clinical supervisors and program leaders; foster collaboration across locations.
• Establish and oversee an agency-wide clinical training plan focused on evidence-based practices.
