Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive nonprofit development experience with revenue growth goals.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• Experience leading a multi-market fundraising program and donor engagement.
• Proven ability to cultivate and close 6+ figure gifts.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the East region development plan to meet revenue goals.
• Lead an integrated program across states and markets.
• Oversee individual giving, institutional giving, events and donor engagement.
• Forecast revenue, manage pipelines, report on progress.
• Collaborate with Advisory Boards and senior leaders.
• Develop staff and foster accountability and collaboration.
