Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of program/project management with the Air Force.
• Willingness and ability to travel 5-10%.
• Knowledge of Air Force or other DoD/Federal organizations.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategy, business development, capture, and execution of projects for the US Air Force client and DoD customers.
• Direct diverse teams of scientists, planners, and engineers in crafting proposal responses and leading negotiations.
• Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships for major government programs.
• Present targets and opportunities to leadership to prioritize key pursuits.
• Balance proposals, project support, and utilization while working across locations.
