Tetra Tech in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the US Air Force client team in the northeast. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams of scientists, engineers, and project professionals to deliver complex defense programs with focus on environmental, engineering, and mission support services.

The role requires 15+ years in program or project management, Air Force or DoD experience, willingness to travel 5-10%, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of experience in program/project management with the Air Force is required, including projects in environmental, engineering, compliance, operations, and management.
• Willingness to travel approx. 5-10%.
• Knowledge of Air Force or other DoD/Federal organizations is required.
• Prior federal agency leadership or consulting experience is desirable; security clearance ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies to increase client base in the east/northeast US across planning, engineering, investigation, remediation, and construction management services.
• Direct diverse teams in capturing strategies, proposals, and negotiations for new DoD contracts.
• Cultivate new and existing client accounts in the east/northeast US.
• Meet with key clients to present capabilities and strengthen relationships.
• Identify strategic partnerships for major government programs.
