Job summary

Tetra Tech in Pittsburgh seeks an Air Force Program Manager to lead strategy, capture, and execution for DoD projects in the east region. This senior role demands deep program management, DoD familiarity, and leadership to grow the U.S. Air Force portfolio.

You will manage cross-functional teams, develop client relationships, and coordinate with Operations leadership while ensuring compliance with internal standards. A security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of program/project management experience with the Air Force required.
• Willingness to travel 5-10%.
• Knowledge of Air Force or other DoD/Federal organizations required.
• Ability to obtain a DOD security clearance desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, business development, capture, and execution for US Air Force projects.
• Direct diverse teams of scientists and engineers in proposals and negotiations.
• Develop new client accounts and expand existing ones in the east/northeast US.
• Meet with clients to share capabilities and foster relationships.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry standards.
