Placements24 is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team at an East London facility. The role focuses on daily operations, achieving quality, output, and safety targets while guiding a team of operators and driving continuous improvement on the floor.

You will troubleshoot issues, enforce health and safety standards, and collaborate with maintenance and engineering to ensure reliable production.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or team leader in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and quality control standards.
