Placements24 is partnering with a leading automotive manufacturer to recruit an L&D Manager in a hybrid role. The candidate will design and deliver comprehensive development programs, aligning with business goals and workforce needs.

The role requires strong instructional design expertise, adult learning principles, and the ability to drive continuous learning across the organization in a fast-evolving industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in HR, Education, Psychology or related field.
• Master's degree or CPTD certification is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years in L&D with at least 3 years in management.
• Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methods.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs across the organization using surveys and stakeholder input.
• Design, develop, and implement L&D programs including leadership and technical skills.
• Create engaging training materials: e-learning modules, facilitator guides, workbooks.
• Manage L&D budget and ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on L&D trends in the automotive sector.
• Coordinate with external training providers and vendors.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Support talent management and align L&D with career paths.
• Oversee LMS administration and user support.
