Placements24 is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their East London team, focusing on the automotive sector. You will manage the full lifecycle from client brief to placement, sourcing skilled professionals across manufacturing, engineering, sales, and after-sales roles.

You will build strong relationships with automotive manufacturers and suppliers, deliver market insights, and drive successful placements in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience with Automotive specialization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for automotive roles from client contact to candidate onboarding.
• Source and attract qualified candidates including manufacturing engineers, design engineers, sales managers, and after-sales roles.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive clients and suppliers.
• Provide clients with market insights on talent, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
• Utilise ATS and sourcing channels to build candidate pipelines.
• Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth candidate transition.
• Stay informed about automotive industry trends and market demands.
• Represent the consultancy professionally in all interactions.
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets.
