Monnoyeur Group seeks an East EMEA Controller to manage Controlling and FP&A across CZ, SK, HU and PL, overseeing €50M+ turnover and 150 employees (80 in CZ). This replacement role is pivotal within our Finance organization.
You will use Oracle Netsuite ERP and IBM Planning Analytics, lead month-end closing, forecasts, budgets, and partner with Sales/Services to enhance reporting and EBITDA improvements.
8–10 years of experience in Controlling, ideally in international and mid-sized organizations. Previous exposure to Software and Services business is a plus. Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of delivering reliable data. Ability to work effectively with executive-level stakeholders. Energetic, flexible, and capable of driving change in a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Financial BI tools. Fluent in Czech and English (oral and written).
