Sony Music Group seeks an Account Representative for East Coast clients handling advertising, promos and trailers, brands, digital and post‑production projects. You will provide music searches, delivery, and dedicated account management to a high‑profile client base.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales as a sync rep, strong relationships with NY ad agencies, excellent communication, organization, and willingness to travel for events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience as a sync rep.
• Established NY ad agency relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Musical background or musical ear.
• Organized, meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Willing to travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide music searches, file delivery, and account management for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships via phone, email and in person meetings.
• Deliver consistently against monthly and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate synchronization licenses, including fees and terms.
• Spearhead securing placements in relevant productions.
• Interpret music briefs provided by clients and perform searches.
• Educate potential users on music catalog access and demos.
