Your Opportunity
The Regional Sales Manager - Growth (RSM) is responsible for driving market share and revenue growth for the Clinical Decisions product portfolio within hospitals, healthcare systems, physician groups, and medical associations across the Northeast Region, with an ideal locaiton in the Mid Atlantic area. This role involves leading the sales process, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to grow existing customer accounts. As the primary growth leader in the territory, the RSM will focus on maintaining a high renewal rate, expanding customer engagement by introducing new products, and increasing usage across healthcare facilities. The RSM plays a pivotal role in achieving growth targets by executing effective sales strategies, including upselling, cross-selling, and implementing best practices. The ideal candidate will bring substantial sales leadership experience, a proven track record of meeting objectives, and a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry.
