Job summary

Guardian Fire Services in Nashville, TN is seeking a Regional Sales Manager — East Coast to lead and coach the sales team, drive regional growth, and implement national account strategies across markets from Maine to Florida.

The role combines hands-on leadership with close collaboration with operations, estimating, and service teams to ensure pricing discipline, consistent customer experience, and healthy margins. Remote work is possible; travel is regular.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership or management experience in fire protection.
• Extensive experience in fire sprinkler and fire alarm service, inspection, and repair sales.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 25 and NFPA 72.
• National account experience across multi-location customers preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives across the East Coast region through recurring training and performance reviews.
• Deliver training on inspections, service, repairs, NFPA requirements, pricing strategy, and best practices.
• Own regional sales performance: pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue growth.
• Establish expectations and action plans for reps not meeting goals.
• Drive CRM utilization and maintain pipeline, forecasting, and sales data.
• Partner with local leadership, operations, estimating, and service teams to ensure execution.
