Job summary

Justrite Safety Group seeks a Regional Sales Manager-East to drive regional sales, manage key accounts, and expand new business across diverse markets. You will lead strategic account planning, coordinate product rollouts, and partner with distributors to achieve revenue goals.

In this role, you’ll travel to customer sites and events, align pricing and proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that protect people and assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Proven experience in selling and sales management.
• Experience working in a team environment, preferably with a small to medium-size company.
• Proven experience managing current customers and engaging new customers.
• Demonstrated results meeting performance metrics and leadership in project management.
• Must be able to navigate all work areas including customer sites, office and manufacturing plant.
• Must be able to travel approximately 60-70%.
• Located in the Eastern US.

Responsibilities

• Account Management / Customer Contact: visits and manages day-to-day call cycle using traditional and consultative sales techniques (80% in front of customers).
• New Account Acquisition: initiates and coordinates action plans to penetrate new markets with cold calls and registrations.
• Sales and Regional Planning: completes and executes a regional sales plan to grow existing and new customer bases.
• New Product Roll-out: visits key accounts to market new products and prepares proposals and contracts.
• Pricing / Account Administration: provides timely, accurate pricing and maintains records of pricing, sales and activity.
• Trade Shows: participates in marketing events, seminars and telemarketing events.
