Humina Resource is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive in Torrance, CA. You will manage relationships with existing East Coast customers, process orders, respond to inquiries, and support daily sales operations in a dynamic, team-friendly environment.

Recent grads or those transitioning from retail or customer service into corporate sales are encouraged to apply. The role offers a 9-5 schedule, health benefits, and performance-based bonuses.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing accounts, primarily located on the East Coast.
• Provide professional and timely customer service, responding to inquiries and addressing customer needs.
• Process customer orders and follow up on order status, shipping schedules, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and timely fulfillment.
• Prepare sales quotations and communicate product information to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and account information using Excel and CRM systems.
• Monitor outstanding orders and proactively resolve discrepancies or customer concerns.
• Identify customer needs and support opportunities to strengthen existing business relationships.
• Perform general sales support and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
