Hotel Equities, a leading hotel development and management company, seeks a Vice President of Business Development to drive growth in the eastern United States. Based in the eastern US, preferably near Atlanta, you will cultivate relationships with owners, REITs, PE firms, lenders, and brands to originate third-party hotel management agreements for full-service and lifestyle properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–10 years in a similar hotel management/ownership role.
• Strong presentation, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work as team member and leader.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation ability.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Source, negotiate, and close third-party management agreements for eastern markets.
• Convert inquiries into contracts and develop repeat business.
• Identify new opportunities using databases, networking, and events.
• Prepare proposals and ensure accurate contractual processes.
