Job summary

AACo is seeking a Customer Activation Manager for the East Coast, based in New York. You will lead customer marketing, activation plans, and brand experiences engaging chefs, distributors and foodservice partners.

Work closely with US Sales and marketing to drive growth, manage budgets and agencies, and translate insights into actions for measurable commercial outcomes across the region. This role requires strong relationship-building in a fast-paced hospitality market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in brand or customer marketing.
• Strong understanding of the New York/East Coast foodservice landscape.
• Proven experience developing activation, event and customer engagement strategies.
• Ability to translate data and insights into business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer marketing and activation plans across the East Coast US region.
