NFP Corp, a leading risk management and insurance broker, seeks an AVP, East Central Broking Leader to drive strategy and market execution across the Northeast from a hybrid Indianapolis location. You will lead complex placements, strengthen carrier relationships, and partner with producers and account teams to accelerate growth and retention.

The role requires 10+ years in commercial P&C broking, strong leadership, and a deep network of carrier partners.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in commercial P&C broking.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage teams.
• Strong carrier relationships and market knowledge across the Northeast.
• P&C Insurance License required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Mansioni

• Drive strategic leadership for Northeast broking strategy and market execution.
• Lead placement strategy, carrier negotiation and marketing for NFP clients.
• Develop carrier relationships and coordinate with producers and account teams.
• Mentor and develop talent; ensure consistency in broking standards.
• Support sales, RFPs, and client deliverables; manage risk and profitability.
• Oversee KPI growth and retention objectives.
• Travel as needed for client, prospect and industry events.
