Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks an AVP, East Central Broking Leader to drive commercial P&C strategy and market execution across the Northeast. Hybrid work arrangements are available, with Indianapolis as the local hub.

You will lead complex placements, strengthen carrier relationships, and partner with producers and account teams to accelerate growth and retention. Responsibilities include strategy development, client needs assessment, and market design across the book, while mentoring junior talent

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development and market execution for a book in the Northeast region.
• Drive placement strategy, carrier negotiation, and marketing execution for customized solutions.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure timely submissions and clear marketing proposals.
• Develop and retain at-risk accounts, improving retention and profitability.
• Build and maintain strategic carrier relationships and access to markets.
• Mentor and train junior talent across experience levels.
• Standardize broking practices across the region.
