Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Rights & Restrictions Specialist to support transmission line projects by examining and documenting real property rights, titles, and easements. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to extract key terms into a clear tabular format and to collaborate with GIS and management teams for land-rights clarity across the project corridor.

• Bachelor's degree minimum with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's degree minimum with 6 years of relevant experience.
• High school degree minimum with 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough legal reviews of recorded easements, deeds, land contracts, ROWs, permits, and property agreements.
• Synthesize complex legal clauses, rights, conditions, and landowner restrictions into a standardized tabular database format.
• Conduct property research using public land records and title commitments to determine ownership, ROW boundaries, and encumbrances.
• Utilize GIS software to cross-reference legal land descriptions, tax parcels, surveys, and spatial layers with easement documents.
• Provide data integrity and precision to support regulatory compliance for transmission infrastructure development.
