Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. in Colorado is looking for an Earthmoving Machine Sales Representative to maximize sales and rentals of new, used, and rental fleet prime products within a defined territory.

You will build and maintain a customer base in line with our One Professional Team vision. The role emphasizes strong communication, a solid sales background in heavy equipment, CRM proficiency, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ year sales experience in heavy equipment.
• Minimum 1+ year administrative/clerical experience.
• Minimum 1+ year customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Make office and on-site sales calls to customers.
• Maintain CRM data and call lists.
• Complete sales to meet department objectives.
• Evaluate trade-ins and machine condition.
• Stay informed on prime product features and benefits.
• Process orders accurately and timely.
• Limit expenses and submit reports.
• Operate Wagner equipment as needed.
• Assist with loads/unloads for transport.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
