Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2) to join a team managing earned value, budgeting, and performance reporting across contracts. The role includes establishing WBS, baselines, ETC/EAC, and government reporting, integrating cost and schedule data in Deltek Cobra and SAP.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's with 2 years of related experience (or a Master's), knowledge of EVMS concepts, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field, or a Master's degree.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance (preferred).
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts and cost performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support development of budget baselines and maintain cost/schedule integration.
• Support preparation of budgets and ETC/EAC.
• Perform financial performance analyses and visibility reporting.
• Assist in preparation and submittal of monthly CDRLs such as IPMDAR.
• Support variance analysis reports.
• Facilitate program monthly rhythm process and update EVM system with baseline changes using Deltek Cobra, SAP S4, MS Excel/PowerPoint.
