Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics System (NGAS) seeks a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2) for the San Diego, CA facility. This on-site role supports the Cost Management organization, interfacing with program managers and CAMs to provide financial and administrative analysis for multiple contracts.

The ideal candidate will have EVMS experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a U.S. government clearance or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience OR Master's degree.
• Active U.S. Government clearance or higher (with recent background check).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, CAMs, and IPTs to provide financial and admin analysis.
• Develop and analyze budgets, schedules, and ETC/EAC; support monthly reporting and variance analysis.
• Support preparation of government cost performance reports and IPMR submittals.
