The position supports program cost controls activities, including Earned Value Management, cost and schedule baseline development and maintenance, variance analysis, financial reporting, Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) preparation, program funding, and program reporting.
Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) activities, including cost and schedule baseline development, integration, maintenance, variance analysis, and reporting. Prepare Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) using established processes, tools, and reports. Coordinate with Program Managers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), and program team members regarding cost, schedule, and financial performance. Prepare, review, and submit program reports, including IPMR and CFSR, in accordance with established reporting requirements and schedules. Prepare internal program financial reports and materials for program reviews. Monitor program funding requirements, prepare funding requests, and track funding status. Coordinate financial and program information with applicable functional organizations to support reporting requirements. Complete assigned financial and program control activities in accordance with established deadlines.
