Job summary

Acorn Training LTD is seeking an Early Years Tutor for Lincolnshire to deliver high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment across Early Years programmes. You will support adult learners and Skills Bootcamps, planning and delivering sessions in face-to-face, online or hybrid formats.

The role emphasizes planning personalised learning, liaising with employers, and maintaining robust records and safeguarding compliance. A strong focus on progression and employer engagement is required.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver learning across delivery models (face-to-face, online, hybrid)
• Plan and sequence training sessions aligned to sector standards
• Provide high-quality training, coaching, mentoring and assessment

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching, training, coaching and assessment for learners on Early Years programmes
• Plan, deliver and assess within funding and awarding organisation requirements
• Support learners to achieve successful outcomes and progression through tailored learning experiences
• Maintain records and provide guidance to learners and employers throughout their programme
