Early Years Alliance is seeking enthusiastic freelance assessors to deliver training and assess learner work across England. The role involves virtual classroom delivery, workplace assessments, and endpoints for apprentices, with travel to learner sites and 12-week reviews.

Ideal candidates hold a vocational assessor qualification, are confident teaching English and maths, and can travel. The post entails flexible hours based on need, with homebased location and occasional in-person meetings.

Qualificações

• Hold an accepted vocational assessor qualification (e.g. A1 or Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement).
• Confident supporting learners to develop English and maths skills.
• Own transport and willingness to travel.
• Proficient ICT use to promote teaching, learning and assessment (Teams/MS Office).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver virtual classroom sessions and assess learner work with constructive feedback.
• Travel to complete workplace assessments and conduct 12-week reviews with learner/employer.
• Support endpoint assessment process for apprentices.
• Maintain up-to-date subject knowledge and participate in CPD as needed.
