Acorn Training Ltd. in Lincolnshire is seeking a Learner Engagement Officer to drive adult learning referrals, enrolments, and stakeholder partnerships. You will develop engagement strategies, promote learning programmes, and ensure compliant recruitment and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and nurture partnerships with external stakeholders to support adult learning programmes.
• Promote suitable adult learning programmes and SWAPs to learners and referrers.
• Provide information, guidance and advice to inform potential learners about opportunities.
• Engage with learners, employers, and community groups; provide accurate information about programmes.
• Manage learner referral data and share information with tutors and managers.
• Respond promptly to referrals with appropriate assistance.
• Assess learner needs and provide tailored guidance to start learning.
• Attend events to promote adult learning to potential learners.
• Ensure timely completion of recruitment and enrolment docs per funding rules.
• Meet monthly targets for starts, placements and progressions.
• Develop learner engagement strategies to boost participation and attendance.
• Collect learner feedback to improve programmes.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote programmes.
